Overall I greatly enjoyed that fantastic hotel. The food was outstanding - lots of options. I was upgraded to exceptionally clean queen room with a brand new bathroom. The personnel were fairly friendly. Its service was perfect. The location was marvellous and convenient - short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating all the time. Quiet and luxury room with a brand new bathroom was enjoyable. The service was exceptional, including an early check-in.

The hotel employees were really friendly and super-friendly. the venue was in a marvelous location near to the center and close to the city center.

The location is very close to public transport, the city center, and Mannheim. There is a variety of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. the room is spotlessly clean and has central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. the beds are exceptionally comfortable.

This hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! The staff here are like family and make you feel right at home. The restaurant is super elegant and the food is prepared professionally. The rooms are jaw-droppingly spacious and clean, with an ultra-comfortable bed. You won't believe how quiet it is, even though it overlooks the main road. The breakfast spread is simply amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful, making your stay stress-free. They even have free Wi-Fi, a luggage storage area, and a flat-screen TV. There's also a convenient lift and the option for in-room breakfast. Plus, it's great that there are no pets allowed and the entire property is non-smoking. Can't recommend this place enough!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my recent trip to the city. The interior is absolutely stunning, with high ceilings and ample space. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was huge, with a great shower. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center and is also a great base for exploring Heidelberg. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel also offers its own parking garage, which was very convenient. I had a wonderful experience.

The room was spacious and stylish, providing us with a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. We had a fantastic night's sleep. The on-site restaurant was top-notch, offering a wide range of delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff, especially the friendly reception desk staff, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. One staff member even went out of their way to bring a forgotten phone charger to our table during lunch. The personal and helpful service really stood out to us.

When we first arrived, finding parking was a bit of a challenge. However, the staff was quick to assist us and even walked outside to show us where to park.

Great location close to the opera house and with easy access to public transportation. the room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. the restaurant on site had delicious food with plenty of options to choose from.

I got great value for my money at Kleiner Rosengarten. The room was spacious, new, and tastefully renovated. The location was perfect, right across from the National Theatre Mannheim. The staff treated me with friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay.

Breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

We loved the spaciousness of our room and the ultra-comfortable bed, which provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's prime location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying Mannheim's cultural scene.

Although the Wi-Fi could have been more reliable, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The hotel lacked a fitness center, but given the abundance of nearby parks and walking paths, it wasn't much of an issue for us.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room was new and spacious, with perfect air conditioning which was very important during the hot weekend. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, especially the lamb cutlets, and at a very reasonable price. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel like family. Also, the hotel's location right opposite the opera was perfect to enjoy the city's culture.
